BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
To book a consultation, an appointment time needs to be reserved. For new patients, basic information needs to be provided such as name, phone number and email address. Credit card details may also be required as a $50 consultation fee will be charged at that time of booking, which will be applied towards the treatment costs.

Although we try our best to remind you of your appointment, it is still your responsibility to keep track of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
To respect each other’s time, please always be on time for your appointment. Kindly inform us if there are any unexpected delays so we can advise if we can still accommodate a time for you.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, & “NO-SHOWS”
At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For “NO-SHOWS”, a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply.
CHILDREN
We would like to give you our full attention during your visit therefore children below 12 years are not allowed to the Clinic. We do not provide supervision and we take safety as a major concern.
